We will not publish your fee schedule. It will only be used to provide an estimated total regional/national phase patent filing cost and an indication of downstream costs to the client.
Referrals are free
There is no cost to add a law firm. If a client selects your firm to file a patent, we will direct the instruction (and client) directly to you. You deal with and invoice the client directly. We do not charge either you or the client a fee for passing on the instruction.
No obligations
You are not under any obligation to accept any patent filing instruction we direct to your firm. The pricing we provide is an “estimate”. However, if our pricing calculation is wrong, please correct your pricing information below or contact us.

2Your professional fees
PDF or Word (.docx), up to 10 MB, or click to choose a file. We read it with software, choose the country and fill in the fees we can match - please check every one. The file is not stored.
Highlighted fields are required: the steps every national phase application must go through to grant - filing, examination, publication and grant. We need these to calculate your cost to grant. All other fields are optional.
Both totals are your professional fees only - official fees are not included - for our standard case (10 claims, 30 pages, one priority). The minimum to grant covers the highlighted steps and the per-claim, per-page and per-priority fees you enter; office action responses are not included.

Mark the firms you prefer in each country - when you select law firms for a patent, your preferred firms are shown first. You can prefer as many firms per country as you wish. Endorse a firm to recommend it: the firm is told, and your endorsement is shown with it.
